Vishal Hindocha

Overview

Vishal Hindocha, CFA, is an executive vice president and the head of enterprise enablement at MFS Investment Management® (MFS®). In this role, he identifies opportunities to create high impact, scalable, practical systems and processes that improve firm-wide efficiency and efficacy to better deliver excellence for clients. As a member of the firm's Enterprise Leadership Team, he also helps drive MFS' long-term corporate strategy.  Vishal joined MFS in 2016 as a director on the client relations and consultant relations teams before taking on the role of senior managing director and global head of sustainability strategy in 2019. He became the global head of the investment solutions group in 2022 and the head of the strategy and insights group in 2024, and he assumed his current position in 2026. Prior to joining the firm, he was a senior investment consultant and team leader at Willis Towers Watson for more than nine years. Vishal earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from UCL. He is a CFA charterholder and holds certificates in ESG Investing and Climate Investing from CFA UK. He also has a Certificate in Sustainable Business from CISL.
