Anne Marie Bernard

Overview

Anne Marie Bernard is the chief human resources officer and an executive vice president at MFS Investment Management® (MFS®). She is a member of its management committee and has a deep knowledge of the firm. She is responsible for leading MFS' global HR organization, working closely with the senior leadership team on strategy, talent and culture priorities. Her areas of expertise include succession planning for critical roles, developing talent and helping the organization thrive in dynamic market conditions. Anne Marie first joined MFS in 1993 and rejoined in 1999. She has since held multiple roles in HR and Global Distribution at the firm. She previously served as a senior expatriate compensation specialist with Gillette in Boston and worked at KPMG Pete Marwick in Paris and Martell & Company in Cognac. Anne Marie studied at the Oxford & County Business College (UK), where she received her diploma in bilingual office and business administration studies.
