So obviously, I’m a big fan of the My Priorities quiz. Should we use it with prospective, existing? I would say if you are working with an individual and they’re ideal, the My Priorities quiz, it’s going to discover their goal. If you’re using empathy-based listening with them through My Priorities quiz, they’re going to have an experience that they are not going to get with another advisor, and quite honestly, they’re not going to get with another professional. Why would we not? It comes down to capacity. When we think about where your business is growing, your ideal clients, it comes down to trust. If you’re going to make the determination when you do and don’t want to use the tool, it’s going to be, do you see this being a long-term client where you want that highest level of trust?
