At MFS®, we hire talented individuals and allow them to work in an environment that fosters teamwork. We believe no single individual can ever have a monopoly on good ideas and the best investment ideas usually emerge from the rigorous discussions and analysis that occur with effective teams.

MFS' unique culture provides a variety of benefits for our clients.

  • Investment ideas are thoroughly discussed. Every idea is subject to rigorous peer review before it makes its way into an investment portfolio.
  • MFS is able to retain talent. Our low staff turnover ratio helps us provide consistency in the management of our portfolios.
  • The MFS staff - 1,700 strong - is motivated to make a difference. Clients know their MFS service teams are dedicated to addressing their needs.
  • Our collaborative culture extends to our relationships with clients. We strive to help clients build diversified portfolios using the ADR strategy - allocate across asset classes, diversify within each class, and rebalance regularly to maintain a desired allocation.
