Co-op Program

Co-op Program

Engage in a six-month, hands-on experience with two cohort cycles: January to June or July to December. This program is ideal for undergraduates and graduates enrolled in a co-op program.

Internship Program

Internship Program

Available from May through August for undergraduate and graduate students, our internships provide practical experience and industry insights, with recruitment beginning in the fall.

Rotational Development Program (RDP)

Rotational Development Program (RDP)

This 24-month program is designed for recent graduates and graduating seniors, offering a unique opportunity to gain exposure to various sectors across our firm. Participants gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations and business functions. RDP positions are typically posted during the fall semester, around October, and are open to all external candidates.

Legal Fellowship Program

Legal Fellowship Program

Specifically created for individuals who have recently completed their Juris Doctorate, this program offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of MFS’ in-house legal support. Participants will work closely with our attorneys, contributing to the delivery of legal services that support MFS’ investment management business. These roles are open to all external applicants.
