Jonathan Aliber is executive vice president and chief technology officer of MFS Investment Management® (MFS®), leading our Technology and Investment Operations organizations. In his role as a CTO, he is responsible for leveraging information technology to ensure the execution of the business goals and strategies for the firm. He is responsible for the development and implementation of IT strategies, along with ensuring effective and efficient daily operations of MFS systems and Investment Operations. Jon is a member of the firm's Management Committee.
Prior to joining MFS in 2015, Jon was vice president of information technology in Global Business Services at Raytheon, focusing on technology integration and efficiency. He was responsible for managing a team of more than 850 professionals and leading the strategic and operational support of information technology. Before that, he served as executive vice president and chief information security officer for Fidelity Investments. Prior to this role, he held multiple information technology and management positions during his 26 years at Fidelity, leading several technology functions in support of a variety of business areas.
Jon earned a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Boston University Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.
