Fun Fact: During Women’s History Month in March, Women Everywhere (WE) hosts engaging events like speaker panels while also supporting non-profits such as the Women’s Lunch Place through volunteer sessions, fundraising, and donation drives. In partnership with our Corporate Citizenship team, donations are double-matched during this time to maximize our impact.

Brave

Fun Fact: Each year, Brave and MFS co-sponsor an event where employees help place 37,000 flags to honor Massachusetts’ fallen heroes.

Mosaic

Fun Fact: Mosaic comprises four dedicated subgroups that represent and support the diverse cultures of the Asian and Pacific Islander, South Asian, Latinx, and Black, African American, and Caribbean communities.

Pride MFS

Fun Fact: Pride MFS has grown into a global community, with members across our offices in North America, London, Singapore, and Tokyo. The group proudly hosts and sponsors major events, both within MFS and in support of the LGBTQ+ community worldwide!

YPN

Fun Fact: The Young Professionals Network (YPN) was MFS’ first ERG, launched in 2017, and has grown to over 700 members with co-chairs in Boston, Toronto, London, Sydney, and Singapore.

Caregiving

Fun Fact: Our Caregivers’ Group champions an Appreciation Program dedicated to providing meaningful support to caregivers. This initiative has received global recognition, creating a positive impact both internally and in communities worldwide.

Neurodiversity

Fun Fact: Members of the Neurodiversity ERG are part of an Assistive Technology Working Team, collaborating with IT to explore tools that enhance workplace accessibility and support, creating a more inclusive environment for all.

Celebrate All Differences

Giving back is central to who we are. We participate in programs that empower and uplift underserved communities in key areas, including health and well-being, education, civic engagement, and the environment.
