Mark A. Leary is chief human resources officer for MFS Investment Management® (MFS®). In this role, he oversees the global attraction, retention, and development of employees. His team also provides strategic business partner support on a wide range of human capital issues to all MFS business units. He currently serves on MFS' Retirement Plan, Employee Conduct Oversight and Charitable Oversight committees.

Mark assumed his current position in December 2006. He previously served as associate director of human resources. Prior to joining MFS in 1988, he worked at the Boston Company, State Street Bank and Trust and GTE Shareholder Services Inc.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Bentley University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Suffolk University.
